Hypnosis helps even if everything else fails.James Braid
There are many situations in life that can cause stage fright in people. If they are required to present freely and speak in public, many react with fear, nervousness, uncontrollable sweating, blushing and, in extreme cases, even fainting. It does not matter whether the presentation is for the workplace or another public event or whether it takes place on a stage or in the confinement of a small room. Interviews and oral exams are also known to cause stage fright. You can no longer present yourself in the best possible way and may lose command over your language. Even blackouts can happen in the severest of cases.
Would it not be nice if there were a comfortable and easy way to help you get over your stage fright?
Those who can focus their entire energy and effort into the preparation of their presentation without being scared are also the ones who present themselves in the best light and are in full command of the language. Our hypnosis will ensure that this dream can become a reality. As an added bonus, the experience of being hypnotized is very pleasant and you will find yourself in capable hands with our coaches. Contrary to popular belief, you are fully conscious during your hypnosis session. You will see your full potential realized and will maximize your strengths at the end of the hypnosis sessions. And all your doubts will disappear.
With our hypnosis, you will do more than just fight your stage fright. You will be able to re-create a supposedly lost positive attitude towards public speaking. Thanks to hypnosis, your self-confidence that was gone is now back. Bring on the next presentation!

I have never enjoyed giving presentations or lectures. Even at school I had stage fright before each presentation, which showed through strong physical reactions. I was flushed, sweated and my voice failed me. In some cases, this even went so far that I felt nauseated and dizzy. Later, at my job, I was able to avoid such situations because I had little direct contact with clients and other colleagues. Some time ago I was promoted. Although I was initially very happy about it, I soon began to have my first doubts. My tasks now included attending meetings and conferences and visiting customers. I was constantly worried that I would not look good because of my stage fright. Towards the end, I couldn’t even fall asleep anymore before important meetings and presentations and my thoughts revolved only around these critical situations. At some point it got so bad that I had to see a doctor about it. The doctor immediately prescribed medication to help me sleep better before important appointments and to thus appear more relaxed. But after only a few weeks I realized that I had to take more and more pills to achieve the same effect. Having to take pills for the rest of my life to get rid of my stage fright – that was out of the question for me. After I talked to my doctor about it, he advised me to tackle the cause of my stage fright and recommended hypnosis as a method. I had had no prior knowledge about this topic and had to spend some time online to find out what it was all about. After a short time, I found the Coaching Place Hypnosis website. There you can get in touch with different hypnotists at the location in Berlin, where I live. After reading the reviews on the German Website and other discussion forums on the Internet I made an appointment.
I am happy I took the time to write such a detailed review because there have been only a few experiences in my life that have made such a lasting impression on me. I can only recommend that everyone who has similar problems take a closer look at hypnosis.
After reading through the reviews and other discussion forums on the Internet, I was curious to see if it was really possible to change years of learned behavior so quickly. Since I am a very skeptical person by nature, I first made an appointment by phone to get more information about the provider and the method. By directly speaking to the hypnotist of my choice, Mrs. Arzt, all my questions were answered in detail and competently, so that I felt much more relaxed. I set up the appointments for the actual hypnosis against my stage fright. The appointments with Mrs. Arzt took place in a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. In retrospect, it is difficult for me to describe exactly what happened. It was like a kind of daydream, but in which you can still see everything very clearly. In her calm voice, Mrs. Arzt helped me interpret situations, which I had previously perceived as being threatening, in a completely different way. What used to scare me was suddenly a situation that I was really looking forward to. The hypnosis session lasted about an hour, although it seemed much shorter to me. When I left the office afterward, I felt like a new person. I could hardly wait to try out how it would feel to speak in front of a larger group. When the next opportunity came in a department meeting, I could speak completely freely without having to think about negative reactions. It was so liberating. Today I can easily give a speech in front of an audience without even breaking a sweat. When I think back to the past, I can hardly believe that I used to have such trouble with my stage fright.
