General Terms of Use of Vouchers
1. General
These conditions of use apply to the purchase of vouchers. All vouchers are specific to a hypnosis or hypnocoaching.
2. Cancellation policy
2.1. Cancellation
You can cancel your contract with Coaching Place Hypnosis | Hypnocoaching made with the purchase of a voucher within 14 days without stating a reason either in text form (e.g. letter, email) or by returning the voucher. The deadline begins with the receipt of these instructions by email, not before receipt of the voucher by the recipient and not before the fulfillment of our information obligations according to Articles 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 subsections 1 and 2 of the German Introductory Act to the Civil Code (EGBGB) as well as our obligations according to § 312g subsection 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal of the voucher in time. The withdrawal must be sent to:

2.2. Consequences of withdrawal
In the case of an effective withdrawal, received services by either party are to be reimbursed. If you have already made use of the voucher in full or partially before expiration of the withdrawal period, you are obligated to pay compensation. You can avoid this obligation by only redeeming the voucher once you have decided not to make use of you right to withdrawal. Reimbursement obligations must be met within 30 days. The period begins with the sending of the withdrawal or of the voucher; for Coaching Place Hypnosis | Hypnocoaching the period begins with its receipt.
3. Condition for entering into a contract
The contract made by the purchase of the voucher only comes into force with the sending of the letter once Coaching Place Hypnosis I Hypnocoaching has successfully received your payment. Should your payment not be successful on the first attempt (because, for example, the PayPal account used for payment does not exist or payment was declined by PayPal), the sale of the voucher will not have taken place.
4. Shipping/granting of rights of voucher
4.1. The voucher will be sent to the desired delivery address by mail after successful purchase. The voucher will be sent as soon as the payment is posted to our bank account.
4.2. The voucher is transferrable. Copying, editing, or manipulation of the voucher is not permitted and can lead to damage claims.
4.3. If a voucher is not used up completely or the service is not fully utilized, the unused difference will expire. Reimbursement is not possible.
4.4. The voucher does not entitle you to make use of the service at a given time. Dates and times must be agreed upon individually. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, an alternative date will not be guaranteed.
4.5. The voucher has a validity period. The voucher can only be redeemed within this period. If the voucher of Coaching Place Hypnosis | Hypnocoaching is not redeemed within this period of validity, the voucher can be exchanged for another voucher up to the amount of the value of the voucher within the framework of the legal statutory limitation period for an administration fee of 10% of the value of the voucher, but not exceeding 10 EUR. The burden of proof lies with the buyer that Coaching Place Hypnosis | Hypnocoaching has incurred no or only limited damages through this exchange.
4.6. A cash payment of the voucher is not possible.
5. Resale
The commercial resale of our vouchers or any other form of their use (i.e., for non-private purposes such as auctions or raffles) are not permitted. Should you contravene this clause, Coaching Place Hypnosis | Hypnocoaching can hold you liable for any claims for damages.
