I could not get myself to ask for a salary increase for the longest time. I always waited for the opportune moment, which never came. Because there isn’t one. You just have to get over yourself and have the guts to do it. And not be discouraged. I was resolute and talked to my supervisor. I finally got that pay raise. I have the hypnosis coaching to thank for all the support.
