Hypnosis unlocks the power of your subconscious mind.Nicole Arzt
The word hypnosis is used in terms of a deep, relaxed mental state, the so-called trance that a hypnotist helps his client enter with the help of various techniques. In that state of mind, the hypnotized person has access to subconscious potential, memories, and resources that the consciousness often does not have.
The origin of the method goes back to techniques used by healers many thousands of years ago. Since the late 19th century, these techniques were studied on a scientific level with ongoing developments. Especially in the then still developing partial field of psychoanalysis, the multitude of areas for application found large interest. Nowadays, hypnosis is used successfully in psychotherapy, for example, when treating phobias. Furthermore, it is used in hypnosis shows, often to create fascinating capabilities in the hypnotized people.
In the last few decades, many more possible treatment areas have been discovered for the application of hypnosis, reaching further than traditional treatment of psychological illnesses or entertainment. Today, hypnosis is used in so-called Hypnocoaching, to allow you to reach your personal goals more convenient and faster. Hypnosis can help you quit smoking, lose weight in a healthy way, fall asleep faster, access subconscious resources for sports motivation, and help you reach a deep sense of well-being and relaxation. These results and the use of hypnosis have been tested and proven to be efficient in various scientific studies.
I am looking forward to my next session.
