I found Mrs. Arzt through the Internet and visited her for weight loss. After many years of unsuccessfully trying to lose weight, I am that more surprised that I have already lost 3 kg within 3 weeks through hypnosis. I now feel full again and don’t have the urge to binge eat any more. I am very grateful to Mrs. Arzt for helping me find a new attitude toward life.
