The Nicole Arzt Method is a structured change process combining hypnosis, business psychology, coaching, and modern integration into everyday life.

It was developed from more than 20 years of practical experience – since 2000 in working with people who do not simply want to understand what they should change, but want something to change within them.

At its core are four elements: psychological clarification, hypnosis and depth focus, coaching in hypnosis, and integration into everyday life.

With the Nicole Arzt Method, every hypnosis session is individually tailored to the client’s goal, language, inner patterns, life situation, and readiness for change.

What defines the Nicole Arzt Method

Many people know exactly what they want to change.

They know they want to stop smoking. Sleep more peacefully. Feel less stressed. Present themselves with greater confidence. Leave an old habit behind.

And yet, part of them continues to react differently.

The subconscious can be more powerful than the conscious mind. Discipline and willpower alone are often not enough when automatic evaluations, emotional associations, habits, or physical reactions are pulling in another direction.

This is exactly where the Nicole Arzt Method begins.

Not with more pressure. Not with endless talking. Not with a pre-written script that is the same for every issue.

Instead, it uses a precise process that connects the conscious goal for change with the automatic inner processes that help shape perception, emotion, decision-making, and behavior.

Developed from more than 20 years of experience since 2000

Nicole Arzt M.A. has worked with hypnosis and change processes since 2000. From the beginning, she combined hypnosis not only with relaxation, but with the question of what should actually be different in a person’s real life after the session.

Her degree in Business Psychology, with a specialization in coaching, added an academic perspective on human behavior and change processes to this practical experience.

Her work combines experience from thousands of hypnosis sessions with psychological analysis, precise language, depth focus, and one central question:

What needs to change internally so that change is not only understood, but lived?

Because our current experience is not determined by external circumstances alone. Evaluations, emotional associations, expectations, experiences, and automatic reactions also shape how a situation is experienced.

Your current reality is a starting point. It does not have to define the limits of what is possible within you.

That is why the Nicole Arzt Method does not begin with hypnosis. It begins with the initial interview.

The four elements of the Nicole Arzt Method

The Nicole Arzt Method is built around four core elements:

  • Psychological clarification
  • Hypnosis and depth focus
  • Coaching in hypnosis
  • Integration into everyday life

These four elements form the framework of the change process. Within this framework, every hypnosis session is individually developed.

1. Psychological Clarification

Before hypnosis begins, the goal is defined with precision. Many issues appear straightforward at first, while the underlying dynamics can be more complex.

I want to stop smoking can mean: I want to feel free. I no longer want to react as if I am dependent. I want to trust myself again. I no longer want to negotiate with myself internally.

I want to feel less stressed can mean: I do not want my body to go into immediate alarm. I want to sense my boundaries. I want to regain inner distance.

I want to be more confident can mean: I no longer want to make myself small. I want to remain present in certain situations. I do not want to think of the perfect response only afterwards.

The Nicole Arzt Method therefore does not work only with the surface-level goal. It looks at the inner movement behind it.

  • What exactly should change?
  • How will that change become visible in everyday life?
  • Which automatic patterns are keeping the problem in place?
  • Which meanings or emotional associations are involved?
  • Which inner decision needs to become stronger?
  • Which situations should be experienced differently later?

This clarification creates the foundation for hypnosis that is not generic, but individually focused on the points that matter for the specific goal.

2. Hypnosis and Depth Focus

Hypnosis is a state of focused inner attention.

Analytical thinking can move further into the background as attention turns inward. Inner imagery, emotions, physical sensations, and suggestions can become particularly vivid.

Hypnosis does not mean loss of control, unconsciousness, or sleep.

Deep trance work without pressure

The Nicole Arzt Method gives trance plenty of space to deepen without making a specific trance depth the goal.

Deep trance cannot be forced. How hypnosis develops is individual and can be influenced by the subject, trust, inner readiness, the person’s state on that particular day, and the process itself.

For this reason, the Nicole Arzt Method does not try to push someone into a particular state. Deep trance is allowed to emerge naturally within the process.

Why depth focus matters

Depth focus matters because increasing inner focus can change the quality of the experience. External stimuli may move further into the background, while imagery, emotions, physical sensations, or suggestions may be experienced particularly intensely.

There is no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis within the Nicole Arzt Method, and there is no trance depth a person has to reach.

What matters is not how deep hypnosis feels, but what becomes possible within that individual state.

Depth focus therefore means: as deep as naturally possible, while always keeping the focus on change rather than depth itself.

3. Coaching in Hypnosis

From a conscious goal to a new inner normal.

What has been clarified psychologically is then worked with individually within hypnosis.

The aim is not to become better at controlling the old pattern afterwards.

The coaching begins where that pattern exerts its automatic influence: in meanings, emotional associations, inner imagery, evaluations, decisions, physical reactions, and – depending on the issue – a person’s self-image.

The most powerful change does not feel like discipline. It feels natural.

In smoking cessation, a cigarette can lose its former significance and become completely irrelevant.

With stress, the external demands may remain exactly the same while being evaluated and experienced very differently internally.

A presentation that previously triggered automatic tension, insecurity, or a physical alarm response can become associated with calm, presence, and inner confidence.

The external situation does not necessarily have to change.

What matters is that the inner response to it can become different.

During coaching in hypnosis, the Nicole Arzt Method works individually with identity, inner imagery, changes in meaning, emotional associations, decisions, resources, physical sensations, and direct suggestions.

Earlier experiences, internal connections, or associations that have helped maintain the existing pattern can also become part of this change work.

The goal is change that can later become visible in perception, emotion, decision-making, and response.

The new response should not feel like another task. It should become a new inner normal.

4. Integration into Everyday Life

Whether change lasts becomes visible in real life.

At home. At work. Before a presentation. When falling asleep. While eating. During a conversation. While traveling. Or precisely in a moment when an old pattern would previously have started automatically.

The Nicole Arzt Method is designed so that new responses can show themselves naturally in everyday life.

Integration offers additional possibilities beyond that.

Depending on the format, these may include Hypnoji Training, self-hypnosis with the Inner Place of Well-Being, and personalized Hypnoji Bots.

Hypnoji Training & Self-Hypnosis with the Inner Place of Well-Being

Hypnoji Training and self-hypnosis with the Inner Place of Well-Being are special elements of integration within the Nicole Arzt Method.

During Hypnoji Training, specific self-hypnosis exercises are carried out using the Hypnoji and can accompany the change process in everyday life.

Clients also learn another form of self-hypnosis using the Inner Place of Well-Being.

This is a state the client can intentionally create and use: inner calm and relaxation. The Inner Place of Well-Being can therefore become a personal tool that can be used at any time, independently of the original change work.

Self-hypnosis is not a requirement for hypnosis to work. It expands the client’s options.

AI × Human Mind: The Premium Extension

AI × Human Mind expands the Nicole Arzt Method in Premium formats and in the Transformation Day™ with a personalized Hypnoji Bot after hypnosis.

The core idea is simple:

Hypnosis changes the inner world. AI accompanies life afterwards.

A cigarette may have become irrelevant. A previously stressful situation may be experienced differently. A decision may suddenly feel natural.

What comes next is everyday life.

New situations. New questions. New decisions and challenges. AI can accompany the person afterwards with reflection, structure, and guidance in sensitive moments.

This is where AI × Human Mind comes in.

This brings together change work, personal tools, and digital support:

  • Hypnosis as individualized change work
  • Hypnoji Training and self-hypnosis as personal tools

Why the Method does not work with pressure

Change is often confused with discipline: more control. More willpower. More pressure. More self-optimization.

The Nicole Arzt Method takes a different approach.

It does not work against automatic inner processes. Instead, it seeks to understand why a pattern has been able to persist and what should emerge in its place. Many patterns originally served a function: they may have soothed, protected, distracted, compensated for strain, or provided short-term security.

Hypnosis is therefore not about fighting such a pattern. It is about changing automatic responses so that a new inner response can become possible and the old pattern can lose its leading role.

What the Nicole Arzt Method can be used for

The Nicole Arzt Method can be used for a range of issues within Hypnocoaching. It is particularly relevant where conscious intention alone is not enough and automatic patterns are involved.

Why this Method is different

Psychological clarification leads to individualized hypnosis

The hypnosis is individually developed from the results of the psychological clarification. Goals, language, meanings, inner patterns, and relevant situations identified during the initial interview flow directly into the coaching in hypnosis. The result is hypnosis that is precisely aligned with the individual client.

It works with depth focus without forcing depth

The Nicole Arzt Method gives trance plenty of room to deepen without forcing a specific trance depth.

It works with the automatic pattern – not merely its control

The goal is not to become better at controlling or managing the old pattern. The change work begins where the inner response itself is created and where the new response can begin to feel natural.

It connects human work and technology

In Premium formats, the Nicole Arzt Method is expanded through AI × Human Mind and personalized Hypnoji Bots. Artificial intelligence can support the client when new situations, questions, and decisions arise after the session.
