Qualifications

Since 2002, Nicole Arzt has completed numerous training and continuing education programs in hypnosis, including with Dr. Norbert Preetz, Dr. Steve Bierman, Wolfgang Künzel, TherMedius and Dirk Treusch. Her training covers classical and modern hypnosis, clinical hypnosis, hypnoanalysis, rapid hypnosis induction and mesmerism. She also completed NLP training and holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Business Psychology. During her B.A. studies, Nicole Arzt specialized in Coaching.

Based on more than 20 years of practical experience with hypnosis, Nicole Arzt developed her own approach: the Nicole Arzt Method. It combines psychological clarification, hypnosis and deep focus, coaching in hypnosis and integration into everyday life.

Prof. Dr. Axel Koch: Business Bestseller

In his business bestseller “Change mich am Arsch: Wie Unternehmen ihre Mitarbeiter und sich selbst kaputtverändern”, Prof. Dr. Axel Koch draws on a conversation with Nicole Arzt. On page 83, he presents Nicole Arzt as a Business Psychologist and coach from Berlin and discusses hypnosis in relation to stress, self-confidence, distressing experiences and sleep problems. The book was published in 2018 by Econ Verlag (ISBN 978-3-430-20245-9).

FÜR SIE: “Schlafen wie ein Murmeltier”

In issue no. 9 dated March 28, 2015, the magazine FÜR SIE published a testimonial by Maria Blume on page 72 in the article “Schlafen wie ein Murmeltier.” She reports long-standing sleep problems, that she slept through the night for the first time after one hypnosis session and that, in a second session, she learned how to put herself into a state of deep relaxation.
